About the event
Monday Nights, April 8 - May 20. No class May 6. Light snacks provided. Feel free to come a little early or stay a little late. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow(s) if you like. There are tables and chairs, birth balls, yoga mats, and standing tables. We want you to be comfortable!
